WhatsApp periodically launches user friendly features. The company has now added an in-app support feature to its lineup. This allows you to report bugs or other problems directly in WhatsApp. The company is currently testing a beta version. After successful testing, it will be launched globally for all users.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, a website sharing information about the features of WhatsApp, the feature has been launched on 2.20.201.5 and 2.20.202.7 beta versions of Android. This feature can be used through the Contact Us page. Here the user has to send his problem in text form.
Follow this setting to use the new feature

Users have to contact us to send their complaint by going to Whatsapp’s settings => Help =>. Any problems related to WhatsApp will have to be typed and the relevant photo has to be attached. However the photo will be optional. Then it has to be sent. However, text messages, media files, and status updates are not included in this feature log.
If the WhatsApp support team succeeds in solving the user’s problem, it will talk to the users through WhatsApp support chat. According to the report, the chat will stop after the conversation between the reporter and the support team is over.
