An increasingly sustainable planet also means having a fairer society. Because promoting the diversity and inclusion of all people (regardless of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic situation) has become a priority to have a better planet. The business world has already got down to work and has aligned its corporate strategies with the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS). But, what type of actions are being taken in this regard? How does this type of measure affect the profitability of companies? Is there a model to follow?
To answer this and other questions, Retina and Banco Santander bring together three executives of multinational companies in Radar Sustainability: People, a cycle of events that serves to understand the impact that organizations can have with the SDGs. Participating in this space will be Fernando Riaño, Director of Institutional Relations and Sustainability of the ONCE Social Group; Belén Cano, Global Head of Talent Management & International Mobility at Banco Santander, and Clara Arpa, President of the United Nations Global Compact Spain and CEO of Grupo Arpa.
The talk will be directed by Jaime García Cantero, director of Retina, and will be broadcast on streaming Thursday, July 8 at 10:00 a.m.
