The Honor V40 is the latest from Huawei. Well, technically, it’s not a Huawei-branded phone anymore because the main Chinese OEM already sold its Honor business to another Chinese company. HONOR offers a new smartphone under new management. The Honor View 40 has been officially announced with premium specifications and advanced display technology, starting with the 6.72-inch display with 2676 x 1236 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The new phone is Honor’s first non-Huawei product.

The phone features a curved display cascading into the 10-bit OLED screen. It is capable of offering more than one billion colors. Display offers professional-level color accuracy and touch response of up to 300Hz described.

The 50MP main shooter is joined by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro lens and a 16MP camera with f / 2.0 aperture.
