Samsung has started work on the Galaxy Z Fold 3. We’re not sure if the Galaxy Note 21 series will continue to work, but we’re sure of the next-gen folding phone from the South Korean tech giant. It is also expected to arrive with the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Various details about the two have been revealed and we believe more information will be leaked ahead of launch. We recently noticed the possible IP rating, Armor Frame, and probably S-Pen support, but without an S-Pen slot.
Ice universe@IceUniverse) recently said that the Galaxy Z Fold3 would use a Snapdragon 888 processor based on another model. The Samsung folding phone will also be lighter by 13 grams compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 model will be better but lighter in shape. This information joins a host of other details that we have collected over the past few months.
So far, the phone is said to come with a smaller 4380 mAh battery. It may come with an S-Pen input but it doesn’t have an S-Pen slot yet. We can also expect a camera under the panel plus a smaller deck display.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 it is saying to have dual batteries: 2215 mAh + 2060 mAh. The two, when combined, offer a power of 4275 mAh. This is in accordance with a 3C Certification as indicated. If the battery is real, then it is actually lower than that of the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
The lower battery capacity could mean that Samsung has changed the structure of the form. The company is rumored to be compressing the interior space. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, model number SM-F926, could be water and dust resistant. We just don’t know the exact IP rating.
