Dani Ceballos has dismissed a report that he was involved in a training ground raid with his Arsenal teammate David Luiz.
Athletic reported Thursday that Luiz “opposed” a challenge from the Spanish international at the end of a match at the training ground last week that led him to lash out.

Luiz is reported to have hit Ceballos on the nose, drawing blood through a scratch, before members of the Gunners coaching staff separated the pair.
Ceballos took to Twitter to label the story “FALSE.”
Sources have told ESPN that there was an altercation between Ceballos and Luiz, but the pair were not sent home and the incident is considered “not unusual” in elite-level training camps across the country.
However, it comes three months after Ceballos became embroiled in a minor disagreement with Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah during the warm-up before the Gunners’ opening day win in Fulham.
Ceballos made two hard-hitting tackles on Nketiah as the team ran a practice drill at Craven Cottage, though the duo quickly put the fight behind them.
