The titular magistrate of the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Las Palmas, Mara Auxiliadora Daz, has denounced the receipt of an anonymous letter warning her that the former boxer seeks to “end his life.”
The judge of Sexist Violence of La Palmas de Gran Canaria Mara Auxiliadora Daz who ordered the admission to prison of Poli Daz Due to mistreatment of her partner, she has reported to the guard court in the city that she has received an anonymous notice that the boxer plans to assassinate her.
According to Canarias 7 and judicial sources have confirmed to Efe, the Court number 2 of the capital of Gran Canaria has opened proceedings on that anonymous, written by someone who claims to be a friend of “Potro de Vallecas” and who tells the magistrate what supposedly plot this from jail.
The EFE Agency has contacted the judge who processed Poli Daz for mistreatment to obtain her version, but Auxiladora Daz has declined to comment on the matter.
The author of this unsigned letter maintains that the former European Boxing champion has called him several times by phone from the Salto del Negro prison, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and has told him of his plans to kill his ex-wife already the judge investigating the accusations of sexist violence for which he is being held.
He also details that Poli Daz seeks the help of another prisoner who was in the same prison, precisely, for having made serious threats against Judge Auxiliadora Daz, DDM
The magistrate who has received the anonymous has asked the court in charge of her complaint that, as a precautionary measure, order that DDM cannot approach her within 100 kilometers, since she has been on provisional freedom since November 9.
According to Canarias 7, Auxiliadora Daz has argued that she feels “great fear” of that person, that she has “a personal fixation” against her “for more than ten years.”
