Qualcomm Ventures will get a 0.15% equity stake in Geo Platforms
Reliance Industries and Geo Platforms Ltd. have announced that Qualcomm Ventures, global investment in wireless technology, will invest Rs. 730 crore will be invested.
The investment will be based on an equity value of Rs 4.91 lakh crore and an enterprise value of Rs 5.16 lakh crore. Qualcomm Ventures will receive a 0.15% equity stake in Geo Platforms on a fully diluted basis.
