Bugatti built a new mini electric car for children, costing ₹ 2.6 million

Luxury car maker Bugatti has teamed up with London-based Little Car Company to create a mini electric Bugatti for children. The company has named it Bugatti Baby II and its starting price is 35 thousand dollars, which is about 26 lakh rupees. Only 500 models will be sold worldwide. The car is also being called the modern incarnation of the Bugatti Baby, built over a century ago. The company plans to launch the car after unveiling it at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. But the plan was postponed due to the epidemic. Bugatti recently officially announced this.

The Bugatti Baby was built in 1926

In 1926, Editor Bugatti wanted to build a car for his youngest son. So, he created a half-size model to match the famous Bugatti Type 35 racing car. However, at that time the company produced only one model. But this baby Bugatti car was so liked by the customers that the company made about 500 other models.

The new Bugatti Baby II is slightly larger than the original Bugatti Baby. This is 75% of the size of a true Bugatti Type 35. The original Bugatti Baby was made for 8-year-olds. But the new Bugatti Baby II electric car can also be driven by children 14 years of age or older.

Bugatti Baby II available in three variants
