Supergirl star Melissa Benoist renews deal with Warner Bros. TV

The series was named Amy Chozick’s best-selling book of 2018. adapted from a chapter of Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Impact Glass Ceiling, and follows four female journalists who follow every step of a parade of flawed presidential candidates, while finding friendship, love, and scandal along the way. Benoist will star as one of four journalists in the fictional story.

Berlanti Productions, the studio behind the Arrowverse as well as hits such as titans And doom patrolis also under an overall deal with Warner Bros.
