After being seen online for the first time a while back, Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind Warner Bros. has now confirmed with a new trailer released this week. The new Mortal Kombat movie is the latest in a series of animated films within the fighting game universe and features Kenshi, the Mortal Kombat fighter who is playable from time to time throughout the game. Other characters were also seen, but the film does not yet have a definite release date.

first trailer for Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind Courtesy of Warner Bros. Entertainment can be viewed below. It stars Manny Jacinto as Kenshi, a fighter who has seen both before and after he loses his sight which was one of the character’s key features in the game.

Based on what’s seen in the trailer, the Black Dragon faction will serve as the primary opposing group, unlike the Kenshi. We see some members of that party in the trailer such as Kano, Kabal and Aaron Black, as well as other Mortal Kombat favorites like Shang Tsung.

While this is actually our first official look at the film, we still don’t know when it will release. No date was given in the trailer, but it was confirmed that it – like other Mortal Kombat Legends films – will go straight to digital and Blu-ray release. Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge was the first in the series and capped things off surprisingly with the beef set up between Sub-Zero and Scorpion. was after Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms Which continued the rivalry story to some extent but focused more on Johnny Cage and added additional Mortal Kombat characters into the thread. It has already been pointed out that this new Mortal Kombat Legends movie adopts a new animation style compared to what we have seen in the other two, so it will be interesting to see how it is received compared to the earlier reactions. There are two movies.

Update: Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind It’s expected to go live on digital and Blu-ray on October 11th. Pre-orders for the Blu-ray, 4K Blu-ray, and special SteelBook editions are available now at Best Buy,
