“Hello guys, so I’ve been trying to do this for an hour now, and for someone who has spent the past 13, 14 years, although I’ve been acting for a long time, I can’t say what Have to say without saying ‘uming’ and ‘aring’ every five minutes. So I’m going to try again. So I’ve taken a break from social media for my mental health, because I think Instagram and Twitter are overstimulating , are overwhelming. I get stuck when I read things online about myself and I spiral down and eventually it’s very harmful to my mental state. So I decided to take a step back and delete the app. “

“On this, very brief return to Instagram, I thought it would be very important and it would be a good idea to shed some light on a charity we sponsor which is Stem 4. stem4 A wonderfully innovative education program. Its pioneering app, its medical advice website and its mental health conferences all contribute to helping young children who are suffering.”

“There are four apps that they offer. They are all completely free. The first is to help manage and reduce intense emotions like Calm Harm and the urge to self-harm. The second is Clear Fear, which helps manage and Helps to reduce symptoms of anxiety. Third is Combined Minds, to help friends and family members support a young person’s mental health, and finally fourth is Move Mood, Increase Motivation and Low Mood to raise.”

“Brothers Trust is supporting this charity because we think it is a great cause. There is a terrible stigma against mental health and I know asking for help and asking for help is not something we should be ashamed of , but this is something that is said to be very easy to do. So hopefully these apps can be your first step towards being happy and healthy.”

“So thanks for listening, but something is also very important that these charities also need help. Brothers Trust is a fundraising vehicle to help raise money so that these charities can continue the wonderful work that is going on.” So if you are willing to help us and in turn help others, visit our website, buy yourself a t-shirt, all the money goes to all the charities we support That’s why we greatly appreciate your love and support. Then, if you are suffering, and you need help, download one of the apps that Stem has to offer 4. I have them all, I have Tried them all, they’re all fantastic. They’re really helpful. So thanks again for listening. I’m about to disappear from instagram again. And thank you to everyone out there for your love and support . I love you all, and I will talk to you soon.”
