Marvel Has Officially Released Every Movie and Show Announced From the Last Comic-Con Timeline

Just as before the COVID-19 pandemic began, Marvel Studios had big plans for its Phase Four slate. Kevin Feige rolled back his plans in 2019 at Hall H of San Diego Comic-Con and presented his lineup that will expand all the way into 2021. Even though Pandemic will delay every single one of the studio projects as well as rearrange them, it looks like they have made a big difference. after the release of Thor: Love and ThunderIt appears that Marvel Studios may have released every single project that was announced during Comic-Con.

In celebration of their achievements, Disney VP of Marketing Dustin Sandoval tweeted a video of the 2019 event. Sandoval wrote on Twitter “#ThorLoveAndThunder is now playing in theaters everywhere, we’ve officially checked out everything listed on the timeline from #SDCC 2019 here. What will we see in Hall H this year?”. You can see his tweet below!

Marvel Studios’ next big movie will be Thor: Love and Thunder, The film is set to feature the villainous Gore the God Butcher, and reintroduces us Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Mighty Thor. Hemsworth has previously described what it was like to work with Bell on set, calling it “really scary,” and now the actor has detailed the villainous complex backstory in a recent interview with D23 magazine.

,[Gorr is] Not a plain villain… there’s a real complication to him. It’s not black and white, what is he doing. He has a true inspiration, which I think is the most interesting kind of villain,” Hemsworth said. Why is it put on the sidelines and why has he gone down this way. This is really challenging for Thor, because the set of questions has some truth in Gore’s presentations—but he can’t see Gore destroying the universe in the process. This, I think, makes it more dynamic and not as predictable as the straightforward good gut versus bad guy scenario we’ve seen before.”

Marvel Studios describes Thor: Love and Thunder As follows: “The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike any he has ever faced – the quest for inner peace. But in his retirement a galactic killer known as Gore the God Butcher (Christian Bale) Known, who searches for The Extinction of the Gods, enlist the help of Thor King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) to counter the threat. who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably uses his magic hammer, Mjolnir, as the mighty Thor. Together, they uncover the mystery of Lord Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late. Let’s begin a harsh cosmic adventure.”

The film is being directed by Taika Waititi and stars Chris Hemsworth as Titanic, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Mighty Thor, Russell Crowe as Zeus, Jamie Alexander will be cast as Lady Siff, Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star. Lord, Sean Gunn as Craglin, Dave Bautista as Drakes the Destroyer, Karen Gillan as Nebula and Christian Bale as Gore the God Butcher. In addition to directing, Waititi will also reprise his role as Korg. Thor: Love and Thunder Hits theaters on July 8, 2022!
