Live-action Pac-Man movie in development

It appears that a live-action movie adaptation of the Pac-Man video game franchise is officially in development. Whether, exactly, a live-action version of the classic arcade video game might even sound unclear, but it certainly appears to be what Bandai Namco Entertainment is doing.

Pac-Man, if you’re not familiar with the franchise, usually follows the yellow character of the same name as he moves around a maze, chasing and chasing ghosts of different colors.
