Jamie Foxx says people are too “sensitive” to watch his unreleased film All-Star Weekend

Jamie Foxx has one heck of a career spanning his hit series The Jamie Foxx Showfor movies like Ray and also booty call, The actor has made a name for himself as a heavy hitter who can deliver a performance. Foxx is also known for his comedic appearances and has starred in a ton of comedies. One of his comedy has pushed the limits of what is funny so far that it has yet to be released. all star weekend Foxx and even starred Jeremy Piven, Benicio del Toro, Gerard Butler and even Robert Downey Jr. The film has been pushed back several times and it seems that the actor feels that the audience of the film is too sensitive for its release. during a new interview with cinema blandFoxx reveals why the film isn’t seeing the light of day yet.

“Man, it’s been tough, when it comes to comedy, with the land, man,” Foxx said. “We’re trying to open up those sensitive corners where people go back to laugh again. And that’s why I think, even in this film, which is great (that) One thing we kept hearing at the screening was how many people were laughing. So, hopefully, we keep them laughing and driving them to All-Star Weekend, because we were definitely going for it.”

“We all play different characters. I play a white, racist cop. I’ll show it to you. I’ll grab the thing and show you. Robert Downey Jr. plays a Mexican. I call Robert And I said, ‘Listen, I want you to play a Mexican.’ They said, ‘Dude, here’s the deal. Sure. Fuck it. Sure. Why not? Fuck it. Sure. Absolutely. Mexican. Whatever.'” Fox added.

Foxx most recently appeared on Netflix’s day shift, where he played a vampire hunter and starred alongside Dave Franco and Snoop Dogg. But the last time the actor was on the big screen was for Sony and Marvel Studios. Spider-Man: No Way Home, He reprized his electro role from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Men to take on. It is revealed that the actor was convinced to come back because of the promise that he would not have to turn blue this time.

“I was excited to know [producer] amy [Pascal] over the years, man, and knowing what she’s done with this franchise, and she was explaining to me that it’s going to be hot, and I don’t have to be blue, and as far as my character is concerned, like this Things, then you’re going to be a little more hip, and I get a chance to hang out with these incredible thespians. To walk on set and see these guys, I literally bowed to them, and we had a ball. I’m glad we got a fresh start, a new look,” Foxx shared.

Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures described the film as: “In Spider-Man: No Way HomeE, for the first time in Spider-Man’s cinematic history, our friendly neighborhood hero is exposed and is no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a superhero. The stakes get even more dangerous when he asks Doctor Strange for help, revealing what it really means to be Spider-Man.”
