Olsen might be really unsure about her future, but Marvel isn’t going to ignore all the love for Scarlet Witch among fans. Comicbook.com talks to the Scarlet Witch actress about her path wandavision and to variety of madness,
“I mean, it’s a ride I didn’t expect,” Olsson revealed. “I just got comfortable taking a lane and showing some color to it and it was helping the story and this movie as a whole. And then wandavisionI want to be all the colors of all the rainbows. It was a wonderful opportunity, but also a wonderful opportunity to be able to remember the playfulness and fail and there is a freedom that we had during filming that has informed me now about how I approach her. and so stay together [Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness]I was before, when I heard that, I was like, ‘Actually, we do’ wandavision And then we do this?'”
Elsewhere in our conversation with the star, she was asked about Scarlet Witch’s notion that she’s moving toward a “role model.” variety of madness, Olsen is not interested in that distinction for his character. He hopes the younger audience will learn from Wanda’s struggles.
“I think the thing that worries me is when people start saying, “Is she a role model for kids?” she said. “And I don’t like the answer to that question at all because she There is a woman who has made big mistakes. , and I don’t want to think of them as role models, encouraging children to make similar violent mistakes.”
