Crime 101 centers on a set of rules—labeled “Crime 101″—that define the perfect heist. Chris Hemsworth plays the enigmatic thief planning a multimillion-dollar job he hopes will be his last. Mark Ruffalo stars as Detective Lou Lubesnick, who becomes determined to stop the operation. Halle Berry appears as a disillusioned insurance broker pulled into the scheme, forcing unlikely alliances and raising the stakes.
Main cast and creative team
The film stars Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Nick Nolte and Halle Berry. Crime 101 is written and directed by Bart Layton (The Imposter, American Animals) and adapted from Don Winslow’s novella of the same name. What the trailer shows

It highlights the film’s Los Angeles setting — sun-bleached streets and the 101 freeway as a recurring motif — and teases the moral and physical costs the characters face as the final heist approaches.
