Bill Paxton’s family sues for wrongful death

Bill Paxon’s family has settled his wrongful death lawsuit. Detroit News Details reported later this week. The Los Angeles hospital was involved in a legal case stemming from the actor’s demise in 2017. A court filing revealed that Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Lewis Paxton’s family had agreed to a settlement. If the case had gone on for another month, it would have gone to trial. “The matter has been settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties,” the plaintiffs’ attorneys Bruce Brouillette and Steve Heimberg said in their statement. Currently, the terms are confidential as obtained by The Detroit News. In the case of the defendants, he had yet to comment. Paxton starred in Titanic, Apollo 13, Aliens and Agents of SHIELD.
