The Twitter account of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal website was hacked. The hacker called for bitcoin in donations for the Kovid-19 relief fund. However, these tweets were deleted immediately. However, no statement on the incident has come from either the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) or PM Modi’s personal handle.

A Twitter spokesperson’s statement has surfaced about PM Modi’s Twitter account being hacked. He said- ‘We are aware of this situation and have taken some steps to secure the account. We are investigating this entire situation, although we have no information about the impact of other accounts.

In a message written on the Twitter account of PM Modi’s personal website, this account has been hacked by John Wick (hckindia@tutanota.com). We have not hacked Paytm Mall. However now these tweets have been deleted. Let me tell you, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal website has a Twitter account, it has more than 25 lakh followers.

Earlier, the personal website of Union Minister G Kishan Reddy was targeted by Pakistani hackers. The website was hacked on Independence Day and hackers posted messages related to Free Kashmir, Pakistan. The incident was later confirmed by G. Kishan Reddy’s office in Hyderabad later.

High-profile Twitter accounts including US presidential candidate Joe Biden, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Microsoft co-founders Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Barack Obama were also hacked together in July.
