Wiz Khalifa tested positive for COVID-19. The “See You Again” rapper took to Twitter Wednesday night to share his coronavirus diagnosis, adding that he has yet to experience any symptoms.
“Okay, loved ones … so … a guy has covid. There are no symptoms. Just stay away from me for a little while,” he wrote.
But that doesn’t mean you won’t keep busy. The rapper shared his quarantine plans with fans while staying home to recover from the virus.
“While I’m at home, I’ll give you new content, plan raves, and prepare this new project,” he continued.
Wiz is the latest celebrity to reveal that she has tested positive for COVID-19. In March, country singer Lauren Alaina canceled her next show after contracting the virus.
“I am very sad to say that I will not be at the acoustic show in Lexington, Kentucky tonight,” he wrote at the time. “I tested positive for COVID yesterday. I am in quarantine and trying to get better! Please know that I can’t wait to get back, when it’s safe for everyone.”
They join a long list of celebrities who have been talking about contracting COVID-19 for the past 16 months, including Snooki, Kim Kardashian, Dave Chappelle, and more.
