Tom Cruise, 59, looks identical to his “Top Gun” at 23 again in new photos on the set of “MI8”

Photos taken on the set of “Mission Impossible 8” show Tom Cruise as if he hadn’t aged since the “Top Gun” days in the mid-1980s.

Tom cruise once again surprised fans with his changing appearance. In early October, the 59-year-old actor looked totally unrecognizable during a baseball game with his son Connor, 26, although his regular features returned when he was spotted at an aviation lesson in England on November 12. The footage shows Tom chatting with crew members while preparing to fly a yellow Boeing-Stearman Model 75, according to The daily mail. He was wearing a navy blue jacket, beige pants and a black woolen hat. A mysterious mark was also visible on Tom’s cheek in the photos, although the circumstances of the formation of this mark are unclear. Later, Tom reportedly donned his signature khaki green flight suit to practice flying for the next installment of the action spy movie franchise.

Tom’s changing appearance has certainly been confusing to fans. He watched so different with his son during the baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and the Los Angeles Dodgers in San Francisco on October 9. Tom and Connor, whom he adopted with his ex-wife Nicole kidman, were all smiles as they watched the game and chatted with nearby fans. But about a month later, Tom looked like himself again when he was pictured taking an aviation lesson at Duxford Airfield in England. As we said, this is a confusing situation!

Tom is in Europe to conduct stunt training for the eighth installment of Impossible mission, scheduled for a theatrical release on July 22, 2023. Filming has not yet officially started, as Mission Impossible 7 – which arrives in theaters on September 30, 2022 – only packaged in September. The original plan was to film the seventh and eighth installments back to back, but Tom’s commitment to the COVID pandemic has been delayed Top Gun: Maverick promotional features impacted these plans. The Top Gun the sequel is currently slated for release on May 27, 2022.
