Tiger Woods has shared a new video of himself confidently hitting golf balls with a golf club as he continues to recover from a horrific single-vehicle overturning car accident that occurred in February.

Tiger woods, 45, “is making progress” after her frightening car crash in February and her fans are loving it! The pro golfer shared a cheerful video on social media on November 21 and it showed him hitting golf balls poured into a basket with a golf club on a course. He was wearing a gray polo shirt and black shorts as well as a white baseball cap and white sneakers in the clip and what appeared to be black leggings around one leg.

“Making progress,” he wrote in the caption of the clip, which drew many encouraging comments from fans. “Awesome! Tiger had major leg surgery last year and several back and knee surgeries and I could never dream of being able to swing a club like that !!” a fan wrote.

Personally, I didn’t think you would come back to compete after your Tiger back ops, but oh man, you did more than just compete… and I was so wrong ! I look forward to seeing you playing Tiger again, in any form, form or frequency. All the best on the road to your recovery! #ComeBack, ”wrote another.

Tiger’s latest video comes after he suffered “open comminuted fractures,” which included shattered tibia and fibula bones and punctured through the skin, after a single-vehicle rollover accident in southern California nine months ago. He had to undergo surgery for his injuries and also suffered milder ankle and foot injuries, which made some wonder if he would ever play golf again.

In October, a source said PEOPLE that the impressive athlete had a “remarkable recovery” despite the severity of his injuries. “Tiger has had a remarkable recovery over the past few months, but it’s even more important lately,” the source said. “It’s like every day he can do more, he can handle more, the pain is less and he feels better.”

Tiger was first seen on a golf course last month when he showed up to one in Florida to check on his son Charlie, 12 years old, participate in a junior tournament. Prior to that, in June, he was pictured walking on crutches at LAX.
