Sam Raimi set to direct another Spider-Man

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness marked the return of Sam Raimi to the superhero genre after a hiatus of 15 years, but the director doesn’t want to wait that long to make another. “If there was a great story, I think it would be […] My love for the characters hasn’t waned at all,” Raimi said in another interview. “It would be the same things I used to love now that I used to love: ‘Does Toby want to do it? Is there an emotional arc to him? Are there any major struggles for this character? And is there a worthy villain who fits the theme of this work?’ There are many questions that have to be answered.
