Introduced in Season 4 selling sunset, Selling OC The official series follows “a new set of realtors as they square off”, competing to establish themselves in The Oppenheim Group’s second office on the Orange County coast, according to the synopsis. “Will the pressure prove too much for these agents to handle?”
As the two-minute (very NSFW) teaser reveals, the answer to that question is a resounding yes as they gossip about the competition, chatting over expensive glasses of wine behind each other’s backs, extravagant blacks. Attend tie parties, keep secret affairs and, uh, sell some multimillion dollar estates. “These guys are crazy, that’s all I’m going to say,” says one realtor quite bluntly.
Of course, Selling OC – latest in Sell suffrage (sell tampa premiered in December) — wouldn’t be complete without the Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett, making their presence known. And the drama continues as something happens in the office that silences Oppenheims and the other realtors. “Oh dear!” One of them yells that the rest of the gang is huddled around something… or someone?
But things get even more real when a cryptic case unfolds: “I think we all know who snakes are.”

“I love the agents here. We have a great group of people, a great office. And it’s a whole new dynamic here,” Jason Oppenheim told ET’s Bryce Sander last November. There are men and women, and so among them, I think it’s going to be a very diverse cast.”
“I’m getting to know these people at the same time as the audience. And I think they’re getting to know themselves and each other just as much.
