Shannon Storm’s beador is still processing that dramatic sit-down with Heather Dubrow.
“I was absolutely exhausted, I really was,” der Real Orange County housewives Star confesses to ET, pondering the moment that in the last few seconds of episode four of the 16th my family will never come back, you’ll lose a lot more than just my friendship. It will cost a lot. And I’m not saying this as a threat. I say that as a promise. ”
“She did “Threaten me,” says Shannon. “And accuse me of going after your family, taking them to the next level, because the things she said to me crossed my mind: ‘Are you going to kill me ?!’ Are you trying to take away the business I started to support my children, because you’re threatening that my Family.”
“There was another part of me that was going through this [saying], bravo! How many times have you practiced going through that in front of the mirror? “She jokes.” Because it seemed a lot like a script to me. “
The tense warning came after co-star Gina Cherry Cheer pulled Heather aside to let her know that Shannon shared some information off-camera with Gina and castmate Emily Simpson: plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. Heather admitted that the reveal made her feel discontinued because, firstly, she didn’t know about the decade-old lawsuit (which was eventually dropped) and, secondly, because Gina revealed the information at the first all-cast event of the season, Heather’s first season since the exit RHOC in 2016. Shannon claims she shared the information off-camera because she wanted to stay outside the camera.
“It still bothers me today to hear Gina and watch the episode, and to see that Heather thinks I had such bad intentions and that I had deeply rooted problems with her from the past, that can’t be all other than the truth, “Shannon tells ET.” So, it’s a bit frustrating for me to see them think I am that type of person. But I am very grateful to those who supported it. “
“I feel good because I’m authentic,” she says of the audience’s support. “I felt horrible when I said what I said to Gina and Emily.
At a glance In this week’s episode that continues after Heather’s threat / promise, Shannon tears as she apologizes to him Dr. and Mrs. guinea pig author, but Heather suspects they are crocodile tears.
“Shannon doesn’t cry because she feels bad,” notes Heather in a confessional. “Shannon doesn’t cry because she has remorse. Shannon is crying because she was caught. “
“It upsets me,” shares Shannon Heather’s statement. “It makes me angry because I wasn’t ‘caught’. I wasn’t caught doing anything! I’ve said it from the start. Gina gives an explanation that she had to tell Heather … felt She had to tell Heather – because once in her life she was at a barbecue and everyone was whispering about her husband’s affair, and I can relate to her. It’s a terrible story. I’ve also had people whispering about me at parties and talking about how [my ex-husband] David was having an affair and I didn’t know. But nobody whispered at Heather’s party. Nobody knew about it. So it should never have been mentioned by Gina, there is no justification for what she has done except to stir up a drama. “
“She even continued to say See what happens liveshe said to Andy [Cohen]’You can thank me now, Andy!’ “Adds Shannon, referring to Gina’s appearance on Bravo’s late night show on December 8th.” She had a big smile on her face. I didn’t have a smile on my face because I didn’t want it to come out. And that Heather doesn’t know that I am like this? It annoys me.”
Shannon says she got into season 16 excited to welcome Heather back and revive their friendship. While they’ve worked toward a good spot over the course of the season, Shannon admits that those early days of filming can be hard to relive.
“Watching the show is always the hardest part because I know what I’ve shot. I just don’t know what other people are saying behind my back,” she says. “So these things are always difficult to see, and yes, there are some things that are said about me that are angry.”
Even so, Shannon says she is “cordial” with both Heather and Gina today. “We all get along,” she says. “I don’t have a big argument with anyone today.”
There will be more arguments, however. Shannon teases that Heather keeps her to a higher standard than the other women in the group as the season progresses.
“You’ll see later in the season if she does something I don’t necessarily agree with – I’m not going to lie, she’s coming after me this season that she’s not looking for other people, and I’ll fight you back, when that happens, “says Shannon.” I’m not afraid of her. In my first season, I had problems with her and Tamra [Judge] as a housewife in the first season. That was pretty, pretty difficult, but I made it. I handled it. I am not afraid of her. Or from anyone. “
That directly contradicts a comment Shannon’s friend, neighbor, and former co-star Kelly Leventhal (née Dodd) recently made on her podcast. Rick & Kelly UNMASKS. “She’s afraid of her!” Kelly claimed in a recent episode. “She has no real friends to support her. So she has to kiss [Heather’s] one**.”
“I mind her saying that about me, and I’ve never spoken to her about it,” admits Shannon to Kelly’s comments. “No, I’m not afraid of her at all. Not at all. I feel bad about what happened, that this information leaked out 20 years ago. I thought that if she was friends with Nicole, they’d definitely come. ”To communicate with each other, and it wasn’t my job to address 20 year old messages to highlight. But I think she didn’t know, so I feel bad about it. “
There has been much speculation among viewers as to how Shannon actually found out Nicole once sued Terry. According to Shannon herself, the founder of Real for Real Cuisine and Nicole were only friends for about two weeks before about 16 years ago RHOC existed – and long before Heather and Terry were reality stars. But Terry has appeared on television as a plastic surgeon and has appeared regularly on the makeover series The Swan around the same time Nicole allegedly shared her story with Shannon.
“I mean, I don’t know if I want to go into details. I knew who he was because he was on another TV show,” she says. “I was bed rested when I was pregnant with the twins [daughters Stella and Adeline, now 17], so I checked it out. He’d been on another show so I knew who he was. “
As for the show they’re all on now, there’s a lot more drama to come, especially thanks to new housewife Noella Bergener, whose seemingly chaotic divorce from husband James is happening in real time on social media. For the past few weeks, Noella and James have been going back and forth on conflicting posts about the dissolution of their union.
“I’ve written her a little and only say that I’m there for her when she needs something, because I know how difficult it is,” Shannon offers as an update. She says she is closest to Noellla.
“My position is always not to argue with anyone on social media because then people get involved and have opinions and it’s none of their business,” she notes. “So I’m sorry it’s public, but I think he went out there and made some videos and I think at some point you feel like you have to react. It’s a bad situation. “
On Christmas Eve, James posted a series of videos on a restarted Instagram page sharing his version of the events. Fans quickly realized that Shannon was the only stream RHOC Performer following the report – a fact Shannon claims she didn’t even notice until ET mentioned it during that phone interview.
“I must have hit Follow by mistake because I didn’t mean to follow him. Shoot!
