In March, the reality TV star, along with his assistant, Stuart Smith, was arrested. In April, during his appearance, Shah pleaded not guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in the long-running money laundering scandal that spanned more than 55 years across the United States.
