Gujarati filmmaker Ashish Kakkar died due yo heart attack in Kolkata

Eminent Gujarati filmmaker, actor, voice artist Ashish Kakkar died today of a heart attack in Kolkata, on 2 November. Ashish Kakkar worked in the Gujarati film industry as a writer, actor, director.

Ashish Kakkar revived Gujarati cinema with his film Better Half (2010). Then in 2016 he directed a Gujarati film called ‘Mission Mummy’.

Ashish Kakkar directed ‘Better Half’ and ‘Mission Mummy’ in Gujarati films.

During this time he made Gujarati films ar Bir Yaar, ‘Vitamin She’, Ke Tam Keva ‘and. Starred in ‘Suryavansh’. He also acted in a hit Hindi film like ‘Kai Po Chhe’.
