Launch “Music of the Spheres” with 12 songs
LONDON (EFE) .- Coldplay yesterday announced the release of their new album “Music of the Spheres”, the British band’s ninth studio recording due out next October 15.
Through a message on their social networks, the group, led by Chris Martin, confirmed the release of their long-awaited album, produced by Swede Max Martin, which was produced by many of pop music’s great names such as Taylor Swift. Known for collaborating with Katy Perry, The Weeknd and Britney Spears.
Coldplay followed their announcement with a musical advance of space motifs called “Overture”, in which the band’s music is accompanied by a sidereal walk between planets.
In addition, he explains that the album’s new single, “Coloratura”, will appear on the Friday following the May release of the first single, “Higher Power”.
Another song, one of twelve that made up the LP, will be released as the third single in September.
Coldplay told its fans, “Thank you for listening, for coming to concerts, or for everyone we’ve met through music.”
Similarly, a list of songs has been released for the album, although five of the twelve that made it are denoted by “emojis” and not by words.
