We are less than a month away from the start of Ms. Marvel, the latest Disney+ television series to be set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The project will bring Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani) into the world of live-action, and we already know this won’t be her only appearance in the MCU. It has been confirmed that Vellani will reprise her role as Kamala in the 2023 film miracleStarring Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel and Teyona Parris’s alongside Monica Rambeau. in a new interview with Empire MagazineVellani told to leave Ms. Marvel To miracleAnd indicated that it was “an entirely different experience” in a lot of positive ways.

“It was absolutely amazing, a completely different experience,” Vellani revealed. “You have almost as much filming time to film a lot less material, so everything was more relaxed. And Brie and Teyona were the most amazing support systems, just for people who have similar pains from doing stunts. We We’re just crying together. It’s awesome.”

Ms. Marvel Introduces 16-year-old Pakistani American Kamala Khan from Jersey City. An aspiring artist, an avid gamer, and a tremendous fan-fiction scribe, she is a huge fan of the Avengers—and one in particular, Captain Marvel. But Kamala has always struggled to find her place in the world – that is, until she finds super powers like the heroes she has always looked up to. Along with Vellani in lead roles, Aramis Knight, Sagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff and Mohan Kapoor have been cast in various roles in the show. Written by A Room, led by Bisha K Ali, directing duo Adil El Arabi and Bilal Falah directed the first and sixth episodes of the show’s first season. Sharmin Obaid-Chinoy directed three others while Mira Menon directed one episode.

“The fact that the show is being made and they are adding this character to the MCU [what’s important],” Vellani explained during a previous interview. “I really need to go out of my way to talk about being Muslim and not being Pakistani – it all comes out on the show. Seeing someone like me get involved in a big project, I think, is very inspiring.”
