Joker 2 Fan Art Imagines Joaquin Phoenix and Willem Dafoe as DC Villains

Warner Bros. and DC Comics recently revealed that the 2019 sequel clown The film will soon go into production, with Joaquin Phoenix returning in the role. Director Todd Phillips is also set to return and revealed that the film will be titled Joker: Foley á Deux, Folie á Deux can be defined as having a similar or similar mental disorder that affects two or more individuals. This probably means that we could end up seeing two versions of the Joker or both, the Clown Prince of Crime and Harley Quinn. One fan is hoping to get two versions of the Joker with Phoenix as Arthur Fleck and Willem Dafoe as the second version of the character.

An Instagram artist who goes by the handle @Jaxonderr created an awesome fan poster that shows both the actors in the role. Dafoe looks absolutely insane as the character and would be the best person to go toe to toe with Phoenix. Now, I won’t get my hopes up for this match-up as it is more than likely to be a movie about the Joker and Harley Quinn. Lady Gaga’s role is heavily rumored to be included in the film, as word around town is that the film will be a musical. You can see the fan art below!

Phillips has been in the news of late when his name surfaced in reports that he was a filmmaker, with Warner potentially interested in heading up DC Films. At one point, the director admitted that he had given DC owners an outright “dark” label, though it never came to fruition—yet.

“When I Raised Them”clown‘It wasn’t a movie, it was, let’s do a whole label,’ Phillips said in 2019. “They pulled it off quickly and I got it. Who am I to start a label in a film studio? But he said, let’s do this.”

He continued, “Here’s the real truth about a sequel. While Joaquin and I talked about it, and toured the world with Warner Bros. executives — going to Toronto, and Venice, and other places. – Of course, we’re sitting down for dinner and they’re saying, ‘So, have you thought about…?’ But, talking about the contracts, there is no contract for us to write a sequel, we have never approached Joaquin to be in the sequel. Will that happen? Again, I think the article is the best. was.”
