“The only thing we helped with was making Mighty Thor a little taller,” Feige said. “That was the only movie magic we used. Everything else was his.”
As Portman explained, “I trained for a long time before and during, and I was doing whole protein shakes. [thing], It really helped prepare me for the level of action that we took.”
She continued: “We had incredible stunt doubles who did really hard stuff, but there’s still a great deal of running and jumping and fighting with swords and hammers. It was definitely helpful to be strong. Cape’s all day long.” To hold the weight, you want some upper body strength.”
