A nearly three minute clip of body cam footage first appeared tmz On Wednesday, March 29, Miller is being apprehended by officers on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment. In the video, Miller claims they videotape the attack on himself in order to turn it into NFT art. The video also shows Miller repeatedly asking for the name and badge number of the officer who arrested him, alleging that he was attacked by another patron at the bar, who “proclaimed himself a Nazi.”

“I was assaulted and I started filming,” Miller says in the video. “Let me show you the video. I’ve been attacked twice in this bar in a row. I film myself when I’m attacked for NFT crypto art.”

“Am I being arrested for disorderly conduct? I was assaulted,” Miller says elsewhere in the video. “You understand, don’t you?”

Miller then repeatedly asserts his 9th and Fourth Amendment rights during his arrest, and asks officers not to confiscate his flash ring. They then accuse an officer of touching their genitals, saying they are “transgender, non-binary, [and] Don’t want to be discovered by a man.”

Miller eventually pleaded no contest to the disorderly conduct charge, and was awarded a $500 fine, with the judge dismissing the harassment charge, as well as a separate charge of obstructing a public sidewalk.

“On Sunday, March 27, at 11:30, South Hilo Patrol officers responded to a report of disorderly patrons at a bar on Silva Street,” read a statement from police at the time of Miller’s original arrest. During their investigation, police determined that the man, later identified as Ezra Miller, became agitated while patrons at the bar began to sing karaoke. Miller began shouting obscenities and at one point Grabbed a microphone from a 23-year-old woman. Singing karaoke (disordered conduct offense) and later assaulted a 32-year-old man playing darts (harassment offense). The bar owner asked Miller several times to calm down, but to no avail Not done.”

Following the arrest, a temporary restraining order was filed against Miller by Stoyan Kozukarov and his wife Nigel Hayes. The pair alleged that Miller broke into their bedroom window and threatened to burn them, and allegedly stole several items from the couple, including Hayes’ passport and wallet. Ultimately the order of stay was lifted.

Hours before that court appearance, Miller was arrested in Hawaii on second-degree assault charges for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman, resulting in a half-inch cut to her head.

Earlier this year, Miller’s public behavior made headlines when he posted a cryptic video on social media in which he appeared to be targeting a chapter of the Ku Klux Klan based in Beaulaville, North Carolina. Following the first air arrest report, rumors arose that Warner Bros. was holding an “emergency meeting” regarding Miller’s onscreen future as The Flash, although they have since been dismissed.
