Babe and Spider-Man 3 Star James Cromwell Pastes Himself at a Starbucks Counter for a PETA Protest

Academy Award nominee and “PETA Honorary Director” James Cromwell was arrested this afternoon following a protest at a Starbucks location in New York City. Cromwell and his colleagues were protesting the coffee chain charging more for diary-substitutes for their drinks. according to this deadline Police were called to the scene where they asked baby, spider man 3And Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Star and his companions to depart. The trade reports that they left after about 30 minutes inside the location. It is not clear, however, how Cromwell took his hand off the counter so easily. Cromwell, clinging to the counter, said, “Non-dairy products all over the world… France, they give these things. There’s no charge for that. Here, there’s an exorbitant fee.” “Why, when it is now so important to address climate change and understand the violence against animals in order to make the dairy products served here? There is no reason for this other than greed.”

Cromwell, who was previously nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Babe (the film that inspired him to become a vegetarian), has been arrested several times over the years for his conflict with PETA. He was arrested in 2017 during a protest outside SeaWorld protesting the inhumane conditions of animals in the park, and in 2019 when he protested at a meeting of the Board of Regents for the Texas A&M University System. Opposed the use of dogs for medical research. ,

The actor made the transition to becoming a vegetarian after playing Farmer Hoggt in the first Babe film and has since made his activism a calling card which he uses on camera as well.
