A couple of days ago, a video shared on social networks by Ricardo Pérez, a member of La Cotorrisa, went viral in which, together with his fellow comedians Slobotzky and Alex Montiel They make a reference to the murder of former television host Paco Stanley in a popular restaurant.

Since its publication until now, it has sparked a debate on social networks among former followers of Stanley. Some Internet users consider it to be an unpleasant joke, but there are also those who took it with humor, one of them was Mario Bezares.

The driver from Monterrey decided to replicate a video like that of the members of La Cotorrisa with their companions in the city of Monterrey. This video also caused controversy, even Paul Stanley described as “total baseness” this type of jokes.

Yes, I was upset, the net. (…) As a son you are left with some uncertainty after so many years and not knowing exactly what happened. You learn to live with that pain and then they take these things out,” Paco’s son said during an interview.

In the midst of the controversy, Ricardo and Slobotzky also responded to the criticism they received as the creators of this joke that went viral on social networks.

“The person who does not incubate is always offended. It is very nice to see that the person who, if anything, could be offended took it with the sense of humor with which we did”Ricardo said during an interview for TV Azteca.

He also added that “we never do anything with the desire to make someone feel bad, to make fun of someone. It’s a joke that we thought half of Mexico was going to understand and half of Mexico understood it.”
