Kristin Cavallari is opening up about her changing body and says she’s proud of her health progress. Sharing three pictures of herself on Instagram, one taken recently and the other from two years ago, the mother of three showed how she has gained weight.
very cavalry The star explained that while she was nervous about sharing these photos with the world, she “wanted to be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin.”
Cavallari captioned his post, “I’ve been sitting on this picture for a few days and going back and forth whether or not I should post it. I finally decided bc I’ve come a long way a few years ago And I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made. I can’t even recognize the girl in those 2 pictures.
She continued, adding that while she was very thin, she had not suffered from an eating disorder in the past, writing, “No, I’ve never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress. I really I work hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle.”
In the first picture, Cavalry is standing with its back to the camera and looking at the sea. Compared to the other photos in the carousel, she appears strong and glowing.
talking US Weekly Regarding her fitness regimen and healthy weight gain, the reality star revealed that she does three one-on-one workouts in a week with her trainer. “I’m really comfortable in my own skin right now, which is a really cool feeling. Usually, I’ll work out and probably do 30 minutes of the Versa Climber [on a fourth day]That’ll kick your butt too, man,” he said.
Cavallari points out that staying consistent with your workout, along with your body type, is the only way to maintain muscle. “I’m really short. I don’t have any hips. I’m small now. And so if I don’t workout for a week or two, I feel like all my muscles are gone,” she told the outlet. “My goal right now is just to maintain the muscle that I have. I’m not trying to lose weight.”
