Kendall Jenner She didn’t shy away from telling her fans about her battle with anxiety in an Instagram post from Monday, April 4. The founder of 818 Tequila shared a relaxing video of a sunny day in his yard, while telling people strategies for starting their day off on the right foot, and not brought down by anxiety, even when his own (including social anxiety) It seems to have “been at 100 lately.”
Kendall, 26, clearly wants to help her fans start their day off right, and she bravely opened up about how she’s feeling. “I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it. I love my space and my alone time. I’m looking for ways to help me start my day with a calmer, more positive mindset. That being said, I just wanted to spread some good vibes,” she wrote in the caption.
The strategies Kendall suggested are certainly some proven ways to help keep anxiety at bay! The tips she listed included starting the day with 10 deep breaths and before checking your phone, getting some sunshine, drinking tea, and deep breathing. She wrote that she “went to my yard and journal” as well as “wrote down all the things I look forward to today/this month” and “expressed gratitude for all my blessings.” She wrapped the post with a positive message! “I’m optimistic about my day ahead and you should be too! I love you!” She wrote.
It’s definitely important to find a way to kick back, relax, and unwind, especially when you’re busy like Kendall. She’s definitely been going through a lot lately, and it’s so important to take some time to focus on controlling the anxiety!
