Kandi Burruss addresses controversy with Nene Leakes: ‘We don’t have a good relationship’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Kandi Burruss has put her friendship with Nene Leakes on hold for now. ET’s Kevin Frazier talks real housewives of atlanta The star at the BET Awards on Sunday, where she opened up about the show and where she stood with Leakes amid the lawsuit against Bravo.

“No, we don’t talk. We don’t have a good relationship in that sense,” Burruss said of where she stands with Leakes. “I don’t know what will happen in the future, but as of now, we don’t have a good relationship, so we don’t communicate.”

“You can never say never, I guess, but so far, we’re not on the same page,” she continued.

Burruss never shied away from sharing her opinion or being herself, with the songstress telling ET that being her authentic self, there’s nothing for anyone to “pull out” or “pull out” about her.

As for her lawsuit against Cohen, Leakes claims she has maintained radio silence since filing the lawsuit in April.

“I haven’t heard from anyone,” she said, “but I have a really good support system, so I’m doing really well.”
