The shooting of a film in which the actress is involved has been suspended
MEXICO CITY.— Jennifer López returned to Los Angeles, California with partner Ben Affleck after spending several days in Spain filming The Mother.
The so-called “Diva from the Bronx” ran into the actor’s arms after an outbreak of Covid-19 was registered among the production staff, so that the shooting had to be stopped.
The Daily Mail reported that after arriving in the US, Jennifer Lopez first met Ben Affleck at an exclusive restaurant in town.
The singer and actress was seen casually with a white top and dark details as well as flared jeans, Ben Affleck wore a dark blue shirt, jeans and a jacket.
The Mother, which premieres later this year, was shot in Vancouver before production was recently relocated to Gran Canaria near the Canary Islands in Spain.
People magazine confirmed that filming of the story had been stopped “due to positive coronavirus cases related to the production team”.
In “The Mother” by Niki Caro, produced by Netflix, Jennifer stars alongside Joseph Fiennes and Gael García Bernal.
