Jennifer Garner Shares Unfiltered Advice About Injecting Your Face

Jennifer Garner is getting real about getting cosmetic work done. in a new interview with Harper’s BazaarThe famous actress was asked about beauty advice, and her response was more than skin deep.

“My beauty advice is always the same: Look less in the mirror, look less, and let the rest of the world see what you can use your time for instead,” Garner tells the publication.

Garner further explained how cosmetic procedures, whether it’s Botox, dermal fillers or reconstructive surgery, have become commonplace in society – given that people who undergo incisions are smaller than in the past.

“My advice is to look less in the mirror and be careful when injecting anything into your face,” the actress warned. “Be very, very incredibly discreet and wait as long as possible to add anything.”

Garner, who is 50 and has spent the past two decades in the public eye, said there is increasing pressure on women to hide any signs of aging.

“Don’t feel like you’re 37 and you need to shoot your face. You don’t need to wear so much makeup or get such constant blowbacks,” she explains.

Last February, Garner spoke with ET at the premiere of his film, Adam Project, where she discussed coming of age and joked that she would “have a lot” to interact with her younger self. “I would just tell him to seize every opportunity and moment,” she said. “I’ll tell him it’s going to be okay. Just keep going.”
