Calling all the Barbs! Nicki Minaj is preparing to give her devoted fans a behind-the-scenes pass to her life as a new mom. HBO Max has collected a six-part documentary series that follows the life of the 37-year-old rapper.
Minaj announced the news Friday in a video on Instagram, sharing that the documentary series “will give you a stark, unfiltered look at my personal life and career path.”
In the post’s title, she thanked the new streaming service for helping her “tell my story in this delicate and memorable way.”
Minaj also assured her fans that the documentary series would be the “next level.”
HBO Max revealed that each of the six episodes would last 30 minutes.
“In all honesty, Nicki will guide viewers through the most challenging and satisfying moments of her life, navigating ups and downs and wrong agendas in her stratospheric rise to fame and journey to motherhood,” the streaming service shared on a statement.
Minaj has appeared in documentaries about her life in the past, including those from 2010. Nick Minaj: My time now, From 2012 Nicki Minaj: My truthand 2015 Nick Minaj: My time again.
