Nick Jonas continues new ‘Saturday Night Live’ host tradition that started with Dan Levy

There’s a sweet new pay-it-forward trend in locker rooms at Saturday night livefamous presenters. The nice gesture was initiated by Schitt’s cove star Dan Levy when he hosted the NBC sketch comedy show earlier this month.

Levy, 37, left a supportive Post-It note on the dressing room mirror for Regina King, who was the host the following weekend. King, 50, later shared a selfie on Instagram of the encouraging note, which read, “You got this!”

King paid for it in advance Bridgerton Regé-Jean Page star leaving her a note before her host job, which she also shared on Instagram.

“You’re next and you’re going to be amazing,” King wrote to Page, 31. “I am a huge fan.”

The host of this weekend SNL It was Nick Jonas and he also posted a selfie of his Page post, which read, “Have a BETTER time Nick!”

Jonas, 28, captioned the selfie: “That’s the plan! Thanks for the note @regejean.”

Hopefully the tradition will continue as it was announced that the next host would be the former SNL cast member Maya Rudolph on March 27.
