Million dollar listing in New York is bringing a feminine touch to the cast. For the first time in the show’s eight seasons, the real estate reality show brings its first female runner. Kirsten Jordan is one of her company’s best-selling agents and a mother of three young children.

In our first look at season 9 of the series, we see Jordan joining returning agents Ryan Serhant, Fredrik Eklund, Steve Gold, and Tyler Whitman as they browse new businesses, work remotely, and manage the needs of various clients from High profile.
“Kirsten is a powerful woman. She is tough as nails,” says Serhant in the trailer. “Then he likes to run through Central Park at 4 in the morning, every morning. It’s crazy,” he said. Million dollar listing in New York veterinary adds.
The show’s sister series, Million dollar listing in Los Angeles, brought his first real estate agent into the mix in 2017. Tracy Tutor Maltas joined the cast for season 10 and has been selling houses on the show ever since.
“I feel ready to take care of these guys,” Douglas Elliman’s realtor told ET at the time. “I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’m sure I can stand up for myself as a woman on the show and as a real estate agent.”
In addition to being the first woman to join the cast of the Los Angeles edition, Maltas is only the second woman to be part of the franchise. (The short Miami installment featured Samantha DeBianchi.)
“It’s very exciting,” he gushed. “I think, with the guys, we see a lot of fights… and all of that is really fun. But for me, it’s about connection. I like to connect with my clients, and I have a different way of doing it than the guys … I think I have a slightly softer touch than some of the other guys on the show. “
