Kacey Musgraves is getting candid about the ending of her marriage to musician Ruston Kelly. The musicians announced that they had filed for divorce in July 2020, but have since supported each other on social media.
In your new cover story for Rolling StoneMusgraves says their marriage “just didn’t work out.”
“It’s just that. They are two people who love each other so much, but for many reasons, it just didn’t work out,” explains the 32-year-old singer. “I mean, the seasons change. Our season changed.”
Musgraves adds that his perspective on marriage has also changed.
