A spokesperson for the Lane County district attorney’s office in Eugene, Oregon, told ET on Tuesday that the former Home improvement star “pleaded guilty to two counts, threatening – constituting domestic violence and assault in the fourth degree – constituting domestic violence.”
“As part of his sentence, he will be on probation in court for three years with multiple conditions imposed, one of which will be to attend and complete an intervention program for abusers,” the statement concludes.
The news comes four months after Bryan was officially indicted for allegedly physically assaulting his girlfriend. The 39-year-old actor was arrested Oct. 17 at 1:01 a.m. and booked on three counts of strangulation, assault in the fourth degree and interfering with the making of a report, according to Lane County jail records.
