High Point University announces these cultural activities for Fall 2022

If you live in High Point or nearby cities, we have good news for you because to promote community enrichment, High Point University (HPU) presented the cultural activities it will host this Fall 2022. What Free Cultural Activities Will Be Held at High Point University This Fall 2022? Reception and artist talk: Activities will take place on September 21, October 19 and November 7 from 4:30 p.m. Tue 6:00 p.m. The September event shows new works by photographer Parker Reinecker; the October date will have an exhibition of works from the Faculty of Art and Graphic Design; and the November date features Christi Harris’ mixed painting and media works. Tickets are not required for the event. Collaborations: This will be a fall dance concert taking place on September 29th and 30th and October 1st at 7:30pm. m at the Hayworth Fine Arts Center. There is no cost, but you must reserve your tickets here The Wolves: Play by Sarah DeLappe. It takes place on October 20-22 and October 24-26 at 7:30 p.m. at the Empty Space Theater. m and on October 23 at 2:00 p.m. portrays the life, freedom and pursuit of happiness of nine girls who want to score goals. There is no cost and you can reserve your tickets here American Portraits: There will be a performance by the HPU Wind Ensemble conducted by Brian Meixner on Saturday, November 5 at 3pm at the Hayworth Fine Arts Center. Nutcracker in brief: December 4 at 2:00 p.m. This work is presented by the University’s Department of Theater and Dance. They play a selection from Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite”.
