Harry Styles’ viral video: did he spit on Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival?

The viral video of Harry Styles spitting? Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival

A video of Harry Styles allegedly spitting on “Don’t Worry Darling” co-star Chris Pine as he entered the film’s Venice Film Festival screening has gone viral.. The images show the actor surprised with an attitude of the singer before he sits in his chair before the eyes of his girlfriend and director of the film, Olivia Wilde.

Twitter users are convinced Styles spat on Pine’s lap in a now-viral video of the “Don’t Worry Darling” co-stars at the Venice Film Festival premiere on Monday.

In the footage, the 28-year-old former One Direction member took the empty seat next to Pine, who had director Olivia Wilde on his other side.

After the singer apparently directed his saliva at the 42-year-old actor, Pine froze in mid-applause and stared at his lap with a smile before chuckling to himself.

Styles, for his part, avoided eye contact with the “Wonder Woman” star, waving to other audience members behind them.

Does Harry Styles spit on Chris Pine?

“I can’t look away help please,” one Twitter user wrote of the images, while another added that “I won’t sleep until I know the truth.”

While some believe that Styles “100 percent” spat on Pine, others expressed uncertainty about what happened.

“Do people really think that Harry walked over there and decided to spit on Chris for no reason, in front of multiple people?”, one user tweeted. “And Chris made no move to clean it up and he just sat there smiling and laughing?” was another one of the messages.

Another user provided a possible explanation, writing: “Chris Pine was just wondering where his sunglasses were after the applause. And he tuned out and realized that he’s in his lap. So I’m sorry to say Harry Styles didn’t spit it out.”

Pine made headlines over the weekend for his behavior during the premiere of the film, which opened amid a scandal over the absence of Florence Pugh At the press conference. Days ago, his spokesperson had confirmed that he was not going to speak to the press. It is speculated that he has a poor relationship with Wilde. At the screening, Wilde and Pugh were seated apart, never even taking photos together alone without the rest of the cast.

Wilde’s second film, which is dating Styles, had a poor reception from critics.

Olivia Wilde vs. Shia LaBeouf

Olivia Wilde fired Shia LaBeouf from her movie

The actress and director stated that she fired Shia LaBeouf from her new film, “Don’t Worry Darling”, to protect Florence Pugh, but some images that were leaked last week contradict it. The actor himself asked him to retract.

“I think this could be a little wake-up call for Miss Flo, and I want to know if you’re willing to try it with me, with us,” Wilde tells LaBeouf in an attempt to convince him to stay in the film. The images, which were filmed in his car, are from August 2020.

If she really commits, if she really puts her mind and her heart on this, and if you guys can make it up, and I respect your point of view, I respect hers, but if you can, what do you think?”, he says in another part of the recording.

The video was leaked after Wilde told the magazine Variety that LaBefouf was removed from the project and replaced by his now boyfriend, Harry Styles, to keep cast members “safe” from the actor, who was accused of psychological, emotional and sexual abuse by his ex-girlfriend, singer FKA Twigs.

LaBeouf responded to her accusations in an email to Variety on Thursday and also sent the magazine screenshots of texts Wilde allegedly sent to him on Aug. 16, 2020, after he expressed a desire to resign.

“It doesn’t feel right to say no to someone, and I respect your honesty.”, Wilde supposedly wrote in a text. “I’m devastated because it could have been something special”. LaBeouf claimed that he resigned the day after receiving that message.
