The Los Angeles Police Department told ET that the person who Faith attacks Dave Chappelle No longer facing a felony Tuesday night at the Hollywood Bowl during the Netflix Is a Joke festival.

The attacker was later seen in a video with a bent elbow on a stretcher outside the venue, and was reportedly taken to hospital for “superficial injuries”. Police say no one else was injured and Chappell continued the show after the horror.
