Ciara and Russell Wilson welcome a new addition to the family - meet their puppy, Bronco!

The name of the family's new addition pays homage to Russell's new team, the Denver Broncos.

Ciara and Russell Wilson welcome a new member to their family this Mother’s Day! No, the 36-year-old superstar isn’t expecting again, but she revealed that her NFL husband bought her an adorable puppy for the holiday. Appropriately, the couple named the pup the most appropriate for the quarterback’s new team — the Bronco.

Ciara posted a video of the cute new dog, calling it “the cutest surprise.”

“Kids call her Bronco Love Brownie :),” the singer wrote in her caption. “Cutest surprise. I love you baby @DangeRussWilson.”

Russell was with the Seattle Seahawks in 2012 after being drafted number 75 overall by the team. Then in March, it was announced that the team had agreed to trade Wilson to the Denver Broncos. CBS Sports’ NFL insider Jason La Canfora confirmed that the decision comes after what was reported as weeks of talks between the two sides. The Broncos swapped five more players and fourth-round picks for their current quarterbacks Drew Locke, tight end Noah Feint, defensive end Shelby Harris and Wilson. The deal was made official with the turn of the NFL’s new league year.

On March 16, Russell received his new jersey with his entire family, including Ciara, their children – daughter Sienna, 4, son Vin, 1, and Ciara’s 7-year-old son, Future, from a previous relationship – Russell’s mother, Tammy and her older brother, Harrison.

Wilson was pictured holding his new orange jersey, which has the number 3 on it, which he had worn with the Seattle Seahawks for 10 years, with his proudly smiling family.

“My goal is to play another 10 or 12 years and hopefully win three, four more Super Bowls, that’s the plan,” the NFL star said during a press conference at the team’s training center in Englewood, Colorado. ESPN Report. “That’s the mindset. That’s why I’m here to finish my career and hopefully be on top as a champion. And do it multiple times.”
