Police complaint lodged against Kangana Ranaut, accused of insulting Bengal n

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is now known for reacting to more contentious issues than her acting or films. Recently Kangana did a tweet. His tweet came after the results of the West Bengal assembly elections. However, now this tweet has become a problem for him as a police complaint has been filed against him.

Kolkata Police has filed a complaint against Kangana Ranaut for hurting the sentiments of the people of West Bengal. Advocate Sumit Chaudhary sent the complaint via email to Kolkata Police Commissioner Soumen Mitra. In his mail, he has also sent three links to Kangana Ranaut’s tweet. It is alleged that he has hurt and humiliated the sentiments of the people of Bengal.

After the West Bengal elections, Kangana Ranaut wrote in a tweet, “West Bengal has a large number of Bangladeshi and Rohingya. It is clear that Hindus are not in the majority there, and according to the data, Bengali Muslims are extremely poor and deprived. It is good that another Kashmir is going to be formed. ‘

Advocate Sumit Chaudhary, by profession, took a sarcasm at Kangana, saying, “Unless immediate steps are taken, their actions can lead to genocide in society.” The police have registered a case under Section 153A of the IPC and started investigation. Apart from this, people are also opposing these tweets of Kangana on Twitter, while some people are also justifying them.
