Blackpink announce US tour, will they be in North Carolina?

One of the most acclaimed bands of recent years is Blackpink, so it’s no surprise that the fans known as Blink are excited for their tour of the United States, and here we tell you if they’ll be in North Carolina.

The tour is called Born Pink, the eponymous title of the group’s next album, out September 10, from which they already released the song Pink Venom. After breaking some records with their latest single “Pink Venom,” the South Korean K-pop band will perform in 14 cities across North America and Europe.

This single set a record for the most viewed music video by a female group in the first 24 hours of release, garnering 90.4 million views. There’s just over a month to go before the tour kicks off in Dallas, Texas, and tickets haven’t gone on sale yet, which also raises high expectations. Blackpink Born Pink World Tour: See Which Cities They Will Visit According to their website, Blackpink’s tour will begin with two dates in Seoul, South Korea on October 15 and 16, after which they will travel to the United States.

Lisa, Jennie, Jisso and Rosé will perform in Dallas on October 25th and in Houston, Texas a few days later on the 29th. On November 2nd the band will perform at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta and then travel to Hamilton, Canada where they will perform on November 6th and 7th. After visiting Canada, Blackpink will return to the United States with five presentations in three cities: Chicago on November 10th and 11th; 14 and 15 in Newark; and the final presentation on November 19 in Los Angeles.

So you won’t be visiting North Carolina, but the closest city to see them is Atlanta, about 3:30 AM from Asheville, 3:52 AM from Charlotte, and about 6:18 AM from Raleigh. The general ticket sale will take place on September 16th, so within nine days. The cost of the tickets has not yet been announced.
