Bill Cosby accuser claims she was 16 when comedian sexually assaulted her at Playboy mansion

Bill Cosby has been charged with sexual assault in a new civil lawsuit brought forward by a woman who claims the actor and comedian committed heinous acts at the Playboy Mansion when she was only 16 years old .

Judy Huth took a witness stand Tuesday in a Santa Monica, California courtroom and testified that Cosby sexually assaulted her in the so-called “Blue Room” at the famous mansion. Huth, now 65, claimed Cosby tried to put his hand under his pants. According to The Associated PressThe comedian is also alleged to have exposed himself before allegedly forcing Huth to have sexual pleasure on a bed in a room that is said to be adjacent to the game room.

The disgraced comedian, who in 2018 was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for sexual assault and sexual assault, denies the allegations.

Huth claims that he and a high school friend, Donna Samuelson, were invited by Cosby to the famous mansion. Huth further claimed that she told Cosby she was on her menstrual cycle in an attempt to get Cosby back, to no avail.

“I was trying to distract,” she told the courtroom. “But he didn’t stop. I just closed my eyes… It was too fast. Maybe five minutes. Quick.”

Huth claimed that Cosby eventually left the “blue room”, but she joined him in the grotto area for a photo, which was shown in court. Huth later testifies that he and his friends stayed at the party, changing into their bathing suits and jumping in the swimming pool, but only after Cosby had left the party. Huth claimed that she wanted to leave the party after Cosby’s alleged sexual assault, but Samuelson was her ride and Samuelson did not want to leave the party.

Cosby’s attorney, Jennifer Bonzen, told Huth about her timeline and offered several versions of her story. Bonjin accused Huth of adding to the story in hopes of a payday. Huth denied the allegation, saying she only came forward after dozens of other women surfaced with similar allegations against Cosby. She said her 15-year-old son also “triggered” her.

Cosby is not expected to appear in court, and he will not testify. According to APThe video statement he gave soon after the case was filed will be played in the court.
